DSM group bought Shunde Syntech Synthetic Resins company ltd, the company was changed to be a full foreign management style. My job content still be involved in HR field and administration management, more extensive, more detail and more professional, job content is as follows:

 Establish, implement HR policy.
 Process recruitment activities, such as recruiting plan, candidates’ interview, recruitment budget control.
 Remuneration system management, preparing annual employee C&B budget, employee change and development plan, and other HR cost budget.
 Provide framework to complete Job description, and renew them accordingly, ensure the JD is in line with the company requirement.
 Establish job evaluation systems, and organize to complete employees’ performance reviews.
 Execute employee relations management, such as labor contract renews/termination, dismissing, secret agreement, and training agreement etc.
 Establish and maintain employee training system, and ensure it is in place to direct, motivate and develop staff maintaining and improving knowledge and skills.
 Support GM to make key position and succession plan.
 Communicate with employees always; organize team work activities, such as outing, dinner and spot match.
 Be in charge in general administration of the company, in communicating with local government, providing very good work environment and staff meal to all employees, and supervise the company security related issue.

Shunde Syntech Synthetic Resins Company ltd (HK company/ local company, staffs 150~500) personnel and administration director
HK company, it is a management module of local company, be assistant to deputy GM for managing HR and administration, report to deputy GM, job content is as follows:


 Be incharge in employee recruitment, to draft HR and administration policy, be in charge employee C&B(annual salary budget, individual performance and bonus), implement employee relation( such as labor contract renew, dismiss or termination, secret agreement, training agreement etc.)

 Be the contact person between the government and the company, be the company chop keeper, and maintain the company business license.

 Manage the employee canteen, security guard, and cleaning issue.
